Our steel rope sheaves in welded design are manufatured exclusively in our factory in Ennepetal, with diameter ranging from 160 mm to over 2000 mm. They are light, durable and resistant and can be adapted exactly to the respective requirements.

The importance attached to the quality and safety of the rope sheaves we manufacture is also reflected in the extensive material inspections and tests that are carried out both before materials are released for production and during production, and which go far beyond what is required by international standards.
For example, destructive tests are also carried out on finished rope sheaves on all batches of angle material used for the manufacture of rope grooves, in order to provide complete proof that the finished products, after cold forming and welding, meet all the requirements of our customers, international norms and standards, and the special regulations of a wide range of classification societies in every respect.
What we need to know to make an offer:
The following sketches show various rope sheave designs as examples. However, they do not constitute an exhaustive list of available versions; further design versions, bearings, seals, etc. can also be delivered.
The lower part of the sketches illustrates the single web design primarily used for smaller rope sheaves with a groove base diameter (d2) up to approximately 630 mm and the upper part illustrates the double web design primarily used for larger rope sheaves. However, larger single web sheaves as well as smaller double web sheaves can also be implemented depending upon the requirement profile.
To be able to provide you with a meaningful and detailed quotation we ask you to give us the following information:
