Welded rope sheaves

Our welded steel rope sheaves are lightweight, durable, resistant and are designed, manufactured and coated in out factory in Ennepetal, Germany.
Hook blocks
Thanks to their great resistance, our hook blocks can withstand even the most demanding operating conditions.
Each hook block is custom engineered and constructed according to your requirements and is of course quipped with our durable rope sheaves. To monitor wether the wear of the rope sheave groove has exceeded a critical limit, we recommend our patented WearSafe® System. The WearSafe® System especially shows its strengths in poorly accessible locations like rope sheaves operated in hook blocks.
Hook suspensions
C. u. A. Heiderich GmbH also supplies hook suspensions in various designs, e.g. with single or ramshorn hooks as well as with standard or individually-designed crossheads. Please contact us, we would be happy to provide you with a quotation.
